Welcome!

Helping our kids come to KNOW Jesus Christ, GROW to be like him, GO serve him.

Specifically, we believe that God has called us, in partnership with parents, to help our kids:

  • KNOW the word of God deeply and the Lord Jesus personally

  • GROW to be like Jesus and

  • GO serve in their homes, church, school, and community

First Time Here?

You will find a team of HP Kids Ministry volunteers waiting in East entry of the building to help you check in your children, Birth-6th grade. While you are there, we will ask for the following personal information: family members’ names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.

You then receive a sticker with a matching number.  The matching numbered sticker is used as a security measure when children are picked up. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching tag. After the service, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

The Check-In-Station opens 8:50 am.

Bible Class starts at 9 am Birth thru Pre-K will go right to their classrooms Kindergarten thru 6th grade meets together at 9 am in room 140 and then proceed to their classrooms after 9 am. Birth-3rd grade must be picked up by a parent with their tag no later than 10 am, 4-6th grade will be released by 10 am.

During worship, Kids are dismissed from the worship center during the song before the sermon.

Safety

How do I know my children will be safe?

High Pointe is a safe place for families. All employees and volunteers who work with children are required to attend a safety training session and undergo a background screening process. All children’s classes are located inside a secure space that is only accessible to authorized individuals and is monitored by our safety team at all times. You can participate in Bible class and worship knowing your children are loved and secure.

Have other questions?

Please be sure to ask any of our volunteers or staff if you have questions, or you can email High Pointe.
